Terms of Use

  1. Information on how to sign-up to the myREHAU.com customer portal and the services offered under its banner form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in its services and promotions is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS FOR THE myREHAU.com CUSTOMER PORTAL

  3. These following General Membership Terms govern the membership and operation of the myREHAU.com customer portal website.
  4. From time to time REHAU Pty Ltd (ABN 78 001 298 577), Suite 1, Level 1, 8 Parkview Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127 (“REHAU”) may alter the General Membership Terms without prior notification. REHAU will provide Members with notification of any material changes to the General Membership Terms on the relevant section of the myREHAU.com customer portal website.
  5. REHAU does not guarantee the myREHAU.com customer portal website will always be managed and owned by REHAU, and that Member Benefits and features will continue to be available to Members indefinitely.
  6. The member sign-up to the myREHAU.com customer portal website is restricted to Australian residents.

    By applying to become a Member of the myREHAU.com customer portal website, a person must have:

    • agreed to the General Membership Terms; and
    • have read and understood the Privacy and Cookie Policy;
      as amended from time to time.
  7. It is the Members’ responsibility to ensure they read and understand the General Membership Terms both before applying for Membership, and as amended from time to time.
  8. Members may terminate their Membership in accordance with clause 19 if they do not agree to changes. Members have no other rights in relation to changes.
  9. The General Membership Terms apply separately for the benefit of each of party, of which each may separately enforce the General Membership Terms.

Membership

  1. A person is eligible to become a member if:
    • they are an Australian resident and
    • they submit an Application to the myREHAU.com customer portal website including all the information required by the Application, either:
      • online at the myREHAU.com customer portal website;
      • by contacting the REHAU Customer Service;
      • an application in paper form.
      • by agreeing to become a Member during a phone call or meeting with a REHAU Sales Representative; or
      • by an alternative channel or method which is accepted by the myREHAU.com customer portal website; and
    • they meet all other eligibility criteria set out in the General Membership Terms.
  2. If the REHAU accepts the Application, the person will be issued with an individual Membership Number. The myREHAU.com customer portal website will send the member a confirmation email including a verification link to active the member account.
  3. An individual becomes a myREHAU.com customer portal member, when they are allocated a Membership Number.
  4. Members are not entitled to transfer their Membership and its associated Benefits to any person, entity or account.
  5. Only Members can access the myREHAU.com customer portal website and its Services such as the REHAU Rewards Program Points and Rewards, Certification and Training as well as Design Services.
  6. Members may access their Membership Account by logging into their Profile at the myREHAU.com customer portalwebsite using their email address and password; or by calling the REHAU Customer Service Centre.
  7. Members may update their Personal Information (other than First name, Last name, Email address,Reece customer account number and Australian Business Number) via the myREHAU.com customer portal website or by calling the REHAU Customer Service Centre.
  8. For First name, Last name, Email address, Occupation, Australian Business Number and Reece customer account changes, the Member must call the REHAU Customer Service Centre and provide reasonable supporting documentation via email.

    General Member Obligations: Members must act fairly and reasonably in all matters connected with their Application for, and Membership of, the myREHAU.com customer portal. This obligation includes that Members:

    • Must not give the myREHAU.com customer portal any incorrect or incomplete information in connection with their Application or Membership and must promptly tell the myREHAU.com customer portal if any relevant information changes;
    • Will not in any way sell, barter, attempt to transfer or otherwise deal with any Member Benefits and Rewards connected with their Membership other than in accordance with the General Membership Terms and will not abuse or misuse any Member Benefits;
    • Must not engage in Inappropriate conduct which is unlawful or illegal;
    • Must tell the myREHAU.com customer portal if any of their Personal Information changes, as soon as practicable after the change;
    • Must produce if requested, as a precondition of any activity which may result in the Member’s Benefits; and
    • Agree to keep the Member’s Membership Number and password secure and confidential and not to disclose them to any person other than an Authorised Representative.
  9. REHAU’s Obligations: For as long as REHAU owns and operates the myREHAU.com customer portal, REHAU will use reasonable endeavours to:
    • receive and process Applications for Membership;
    • assign Members to the appropriate Membership credentials, and allocate the corresponding Member Benefits;
    • provide updates and information concerning the myREHAU.com customer portal to the mobile or email address specified in the Member’s Membership Account.
  10. Suspension And Termination Of Membership

    Suspension or Termination of Membership by REHAU for breach by Member

    • REHAU may, acting reasonably, terminate or suspend a Member’s Membership at any time if REHAU believes that the Member has breached their obligations in the General Membership Terms.
    • REHAU will (if REHAU considers it reasonable in the circumstances) attempt to give a Member prior written notice of its intention to suspend or terminate the Membership, and give the Member an opportunity to rectify the breach and provide reasons why their Membership should not be suspended or terminated within 14 days of REHAU’s notice. REHAU will review any reasons given by the Member and advise the Member of its decision whether or not to suspend or terminate. Such decision should be final.

    Termination of Membership by Member

    • A Member may terminate their myREHAU.com customer portal Membership at any time by giving written notice to REHAU

    Termination on Death of Member

    • The executors or administrators of a deceased Member’s estate may instruct REHAU to transfer Benefits to another Membership Account and realise Benefits associated with the deceased Member’s Membership Account, within 12 months after the Member’s death. If the executors or administrators do not give these instructions within 12 months, all unclaimed Benefits associated with the Membership Account will be forfeited.

    Effect of Termination of Membership

    • On termination of a Membership, the Member’s Account will be closed, all Member Benefits and Benefits associated with the myREHAU.com customer portal will cease and all unused Benefits associated with the Membership Account will be forfeited.
  11. Member Benefits: Members are able to access REHAU Services such as Training & Certification, Design Service as well the REHAU Rewards Program Sign-up Site. The member will be informed with latest news, events and promotions by REHAU.

    Member Benefits may be amended from time to time without prior notice to Members.

    TERMS OF USE FOR REHAU TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

  12. TRAINING & CERTIFICATION is part of the myREHAU.com customer portal website. Only myREHAU.com members are able to access the TRAINING & CERTIFICATION section. The TRAINING & CERTIFICATION section offers REHAU product and industry related training courses.

    Training courses on offer are Water, Gas and Drainage with more to be added. Courses can change and be added or removed at any time throughout the programme without prior notice. Each training course is presented via an e-learning training presentation and concludes with a multiple choice test quiz. A training history pop is available through the TRAINING home page once a course has been successfully completed.

    GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS FOR REHAU AUTHORISED INSTALLER NETWORK (RAIN)

  13. These following General Membership Terms govern the membership and operation of the REHAU Authorised Installer Network (RAIN) which is accessible through the myREHAU.com customer portal website.
  14. From time to time REHAU Pty Ltd (ABN 78 001 298 577), Suite 1, Level 1, 8 Parkview Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127 (“REHAU”) may alter the General Membership Terms without prior notification. REHAU will provide Members with notification of any material changes to the General Membership Terms on the relevant section of the myREHAU.com customer portal and TRAINING website.
  15. REHAU does not guarantee the RAIN programme will always be managed and owned by REHAU, and that Member Benefits and features will continue to be available to Members indefinitely.
  16. If a myREHAU.com member is a licensed plumber in Australia, the person is eligible to become a RAIN member and is automatically enrolled upon completion of one core training course. A core training course is marked with a ‘core course’ symbol.

    By successful completion of the core courses (e-learning and test quiz) the member’s membership status will change as outlined below:
    1x core course = RAIN Member
    2x core courses = RAIN Professional
    3x core courses = RAIN Expert
    The member will be able to see the successful upgrades on the dashboard display.

    Upon completion of a core course the member has the option to print a certificate and membership card.

    Each course is marked with an expiry date. It is the responsibility of each member to conduct a refresher course accordingly in order to keep their member ship status.

  18. RAIN member benefits:

    REHAU are committed to the quality of our systems during design, installation and operation. To ensure our customers enjoy the maximum benefits of the system REHAU have established a training and certification program for all our products; the REHAU Authorised Installer Network (RAIN). Each RAIN member has been expertly trained by REHAU and has access to the complete REHAU design and technical support service.

    RAIN Member Benefits
    In addition to comprehensive training and technical support, RAIN members will enjoy:

    • Special project design assistance
    • Project assistance with plumbing/gas regulators
    • Advanced training seminars
    • Priority access to sales promotions
    • Regular product updates and information
    • Invitations to special RAIN promotional events
    • Joint advertising and marketing opportunities with REHAU
    • Regulatory updates
    • And much more

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS FOR THE REHAU Rewards Program PROGRAMME

  1. These following General Membership Terms govern the membership and operation of the REHAU Rewards Program (RGA) Programme which is accessible through the myREHAU.com customer portal website.
  2. From time to time REHAU may alter the General Membership Terms without prior notification. REHAU will provide Members with notification of any material changes to the General Membership Terms on the relevant section of the myREHAU.com customer portal and REHAU Rewards Program website.
  3. REHAU does not guarantee the REHAU Rewards Program programme will always be managed and owned by REHAU, and that Member Benefits and features will continue to be available to Members indefinitely.
  4. Australian Licensed Plumbing Company Owners purchasing eligible plumbing products from REHAU’s Authorised Distributor Reece Pty Ltd are eligible to become a member of the REHAU Rewards Program Programme.
  5. By applying to become a Member of REHAU Rewards Program, a Plumbing Company Owner must have:
    • agreed to the General Membership Terms; and
    • have read and understood the Privacy and Cookie Policy; as amended from time to time.
  6. It is the Members’ responsibility to ensure they read and understand the General Membership Terms both before applying for Membership, and as amended from time to time.
  7. Members may terminate their Membership in accordance with clause 46 if they do not agree to changes. Members have no other rights in relation to changes.
  8. The General Membership Terms apply separately for the benefit of each of party, of which each may separately enforce the General Membership Terms.

Membership

  1. An Australian Plumbing Company Owner is eligible to become a Member if:
    • they are the Authorised Principal of a Licensed Plumbing Company in Australia (i.e. the authorised representative of a plumbing company, e.g. general manager/owner, purchasing officer, etc.) purchasing eligible REHAU products from an Authorised Distributor.
    • they are aged 18 years or older;
    • they are a myREHAU.com customer portal member
    • they submit an Application to REHAU Rewards Program including:
      • a valid and active ABN
      • a valid and active Reece customer account number & name
      • full address details
      • online at through the myREHAU.com customer portal website;
      • by contacting the REHAU Customer Service;
      • an application in paper form.
      • by agreeing to become a Member during a phone call or meeting with a REHAU Sales Representative; or
      • by an alternative channel or method which is accepted by the myREHAU.com customer portal website; and
    • they meet all other eligibility criteria set out in the General Membership Terms.
  2. If REHAU Rewards Program accepts the Application, REHAU Rewards Program will send the individual a confirmation email that their Membership has been successful.
  3. An individual becomes a Member of REHAU Rewards Program once they provide all requested details and the provided ABN number has been verified.
  4. Members are not entitled to transfer their Membership and its associated Benefits to any person, entity or account.
  5. Only Members can access REHAU Rewards Program Points and Rewards.
  6. Members may access their Membership Account by logging into themyREHAU.comwebsite using their Email and password; or by calling the Membership Call Centre.
  7. Members may update their Personal Information (other than First name, Last name, Email address, Occupation, Reece customer account number and name as well as Australian Business Number) via the myREHAU.com website or by calling REHAU Customer Service.
  8. For First name, Last name, Email address, Occupation, Reece customer account number and name as well as Australian Business Number changes, the Member must call the REHAU Customer Service Centre and provide reasonable supporting documentation via email.
  9. General Member Obligations: Members must act fairly and reasonably in all matters connected with their Application for, and Membership of, REHAU Rewards Program. This obligation includes that Members:
    • Must not give REHAU Rewards Program any incorrect or incomplete information in connection with their Application or Membership and must promptly tell REHAU Rewards Program if any relevant information changes;
    • Will not in any way sell, barter, attempt to transfer or otherwise deal with any Member Benefits and Rewards connected with their Membership other than in accordance with the General Membership Terms and will not abuse or misuse any Member Benefits;
    • Must not engage in Inappropriate conduct which is unlawful or illegal;
    • Must notify REHAU of any discrepancies in their Membership Account concerning any transaction within one month after that transaction. Members are responsible for regularly checking their Membership Account to confirm that Points and Entries have been properly credited. We may decline to make any amendments for discrepancies notified outside that period. This does not affect the statutory period within which the Member can sue for any breach of contract;
    • Will give REHAU Rewards Program such information as reasonably requested in order to verify eligibility for any Member Benefits and Rewards;
    • Must tell REHAU Rewards Program if any of their Personal Information changes, as soon as practicable after the change;
    • Must produce if requested, as a precondition of any activity which may result in the Member’s Rewards or other Member Benefits; and
    • Agree to keep the Member’s Membership Number and password secure and confidential and not to disclose them to any person other than an Authorised Representative.
  10. REHAU’s Obligations: For as long as REHAU owns and operates REHAU Rewards Program, REHAU will use reasonable endeavours to:
    • receive and process Applications for Membership;
    • assign Members to the appropriate Membership credentials, and allocate the corresponding Member Benefits;
    • manage the allocation of Points according to valid purchase units of eligible REHAU products on a monthly basis;
    • maintain records of Rewards/Prizes and Benefits;
    • procure the supply of Rewards/Prizes to Members by Programme Partners; and
    • provide updates and information concerning REHAU Rewards Program to the mobile or email address specified in the Member’s Membership Account.
  11. Suspension And Termination Of Membership

    Suspension or Termination of Membership by REHAU

    • If the member does not purchase any eligible REHAU product and therefore not accumulate any points for a period of 12 consecutive months, the REHAU Rewards Program account will automatically be closed and all points will be fortified without prior notice.

    Suspension or Termination of Membership by REHAU for breach by Member

    • REHAU may, acting reasonably, terminate or suspend a Member’s Membership at any time if REHAU believes that the Member has breached their obligations in the General Membership Terms.
    • REHAU will (if REHAU considers it reasonable in the circumstances) attempt to give a Member prior written notice of its intention to suspend or terminate the Membership, and give the Member an opportunity to rectify the breach and provide reasons why their Membership should not be suspended or terminated within 14 days of REHAU’s notice. REHAU will review any reasons given by the Member and advise the Member of its decision whether or not to suspend or terminate. Such decision should be final.

    Termination of Membership by Member

    • A Member may terminate their REHAU Rewards Program Membership at any time by giving at least seven (7) days written notice to REHAU to the following corresponding address/email:

    Termination on Death of Member

    The executors or administrators of a deceased Member’s estate may instruct REHAU to transfer Rewards/Prizes and Benefits another Membership Account and realise Rewards/Prizes associated with the deceased Member’s Membership Account, within 12 months after the Member’s death.   2. TERMS OF USE OF THE myREHAUSTORE

    The myREHAU store is part of the myREHAU.com customer portal and its REWARDS section.
    Only REHAU Rewards Program members are able to purchase items from the myREHAU store.

    Earning Points

    Points are earned by RGA members based on eligible REHAU purchases at Reece Pty stores, which are uploaded to a member’s account monthly. Points information is provided by Reece Pty Ltd. REHAU takes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data. In no event shall REHAU be liable for any direct, indirect, special or incidental damage resulting from, arising out of or in connection with the data.
    Points earned in the previous month will be uploaded within 1 week of the month close. Unredeemed points will accumulate indefinitely until the programme is closed unless the member does not purchase any eligible products for 12 months and no points are added to the members account for 12 consecutive months. Then the points will be fortified.

    Redeeming points & usage of the myREHAU store

    Accumulated points can be redeemed for industry awards in the myREHAU store. These include REHAU tools, services, tool accessories, merchandise. Awards and their point’s value can change at any time throughout the programme and awards may extend to non-REHAU items without prior notice.
    The redemption process is outlined below:
    A member can access the myREHAU Store to view available items and the points value of each award.
    A member can redeem an award from the myREHAU store byclicking ADD TO CART. Then the selected item will be loaded into the users SHOPPING CART. Here the user can review selected items and continue to CHECK OUT. Once CHECK OUT is clicked, the user is taken to the ORDER SUMMARY page where the user can review the order / edit the order / decide to continue shopping or SUBMIT ORDER.
    The ORDER SUMMARY also provides an overview of the user’s account balance, the cart total, the points redeemed for this purchase, the remaining balance as well as the required payment in $AUD.

    If the user is ordering a RAUTOOL product, confirmation of goods collection location is required. The user agrees to pick up the RAUTOOL item from the nominated Reece Pty Ltd branch. Once the user has received an Order Number, the member should contact the nominated Reece Pty Ltd branch to receive goods availability information.

    If the member is ordering a TOOL SERVICE a voucher containing a unique Order Number will be emailed to the nominated email address. The user can present this voucher at any Reece Pty Ltd branch to redeem. The voucher is valid for 12 months. Any voucher can only be redeemed once.
    The TOOL SERVICE voucher covers any tool service up to a value of $300.00 for one tool. Should the service incur a higher cost than $300.00, Reece Pty Ltd will invoice the member for the difference.

    If the member is ordering a MERCHANDISE item, confirmation of delivery address is required for the order to be processed. The order will be sent to the nominated business delivery address by either REHAU or a third party company contracted by REHAU.
    The member agrees for REHAU to share their Personal Information with this third party company for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The MERCHANDISE order will be processed and dispatched within 10 business days of order placement.

    Once the order has been submitted successfully a pop-up window will confirm the order submission and provide a unique Order Number. An automated email is sent to the users email address with an order confirmation and if required further instructions on how to redeem the goods.
    The user can track the order status by accessing the ‘ORDER STATUS’ page. The ORDER STATUS icon is located next to the SHOPPING CART item on top of the page.

    The member’s points balance will be updated automatically by deducting the points used for the purchase.

    5 business days after order placement, myREHAU.com will send an automated email to the member asking to confirm order receipt. The member is prompted to follow a link that will take the member to the ORDER STATUS page. Here the member must ‘confirm item receipt’ in order to receive an Invoice for the RAUTOOL purchase. The ORDER STATUS page and the link to confirm the goods receipt is accessible at any time after the order placement.
    Once confirmed,the goods shall be deemed to be received, in no event shall REHAU be liable for any loss or damage may occur.

    Points plus Pay

    If the member has selected an eligible product and has met conditions to be eligible for Points plus Pay, a Points plus Pay calculator is available to select how many points should be redeemed for this order and what the payment required in $AUD will be upon order submission.

    Eligible products for Points plus Pay are any RAUTOOL products. Not eligible are TOOL SERVICE and MERCHANDISE. REHAU reserves the right to amend this.

    If above conditions are met, the ORDER SUMMARY page will show a Points plus Pay calculator (slider) where the user can adjust and select how many points are to be redeemed towards the order.

    Once SUBMIT ORDER is clicked, the member is taken to a partner site for payment processing.
    Paypal will process the payment on behalf of REHAU Pty Ltd.
    The member can either use or create a Paypal account for payment or use the Express Check-out via Credit Card option. For further details please refer to the Paypal Terms and Conditions on https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full.

    Once the payment has been completed the member is re-directed to myREHAU.com website and shown the ORDER STATUS page.

    REHAU makes no warranty concerning the stability, safety or quality of payment service provided in this website. In no event shall REHAU be liable for any lost or expenses, express or implied, direct or indirect, punitive, incidental, circumstantial, special, consequential damages arising out of, in connection with, or relating to the use of payment processing services.

    Returns
    If a user wishes to return an unused and intact RAUTOOL item it has to be returned to Reece Pty Ltd.If the Return is accepted, points will be credited back to the users account balance accordingly.This process can take up to 30 business days.
    TOOL SERVICE vouchers and MERCHANDISE products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  3. Promotions
    • 49.1 Welcome Pack Promotion

      49.1.1 Promotion commences on 26/04/2017 and closes on 31.12.2019 at 11:59pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).

    • Entry is open to persons that are eligible to become a member of myREHAU.com and provide their full address including street address within the promotional period.

      Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies associated with this promotion and Plumbing Merchant staff (i.e. Reece staff) are ineligible to enter.Entrants who have their membership not approved will not be eligible to receive a free gift.

    • HOW TO ENTER: A person who signs-up before the promotional period finishes, will receive

      one (1x) free welcome pack upon submitting their full address details within the MANAGE MY ACCOUNT section.

    • The welcome pack includes 1x myREHAU.com sticker, 1x myREHAU.com frigde magnet bottle opener, 1x myREHAU.com brochure, 1x myREHAU.com welcome letter in a myREHAU.com presentation folder. The welcome gift will be sent to the member’s provided address via Australia Post within 30 days of signing up. The sign up promotion is limited to 800x welcome gifts. Only 1x welcome gift per member.
